I used it immediately& was happy with the results. Easy to use. The only thing I don't understand is how the cover fits? It just sits on the top of the round plastic spiral bowl and doesn't close tight. Am I doing something wrong?

I bought this for my daughter for christmas. Once she got the hang of how it works, she absolutley LOVES it! She used the Sally Henson wax strips in the past, but she says she will never go back to those after using this. She says it gets all the hair in one swipe and its very easy to do. great product for a great price!

Absolutely love this pot. However, I wish they gave you an option to order more of the disposable silicone liners

When I melted the wax in here, before I the wax had melted All the way I turned it on the warm setting. Left it for 15 minutes while I did my routine before bed. Came back and applied it to my skin with light blowing, and it was still very hot!

I like the warmer however the first plastic liner melted through after a couple of uses and now there is wax inside the warmer. They should emphasize that replacement liners are not available!

I am pleased with this product, not to mention the wax lasts FOREVER!

This product is very easy to use; it comes with plastic cups for melting the beads and two different size popsicle sticks to stir/apply the product.
