Think it depends on how dependent you are on Nicotine. For me, I usually have one about every 3-4 hours when not drinking

I guess you can but when I smoked it defeats the purpose you’re getting more nicotine and if you get too much nicotine I actually get a big headache. I wouldn’t recommend. So if you use these and still have the urge to smoke it’s not working or you need to increase your dosage. Good luck

I like this much better than the gum because I am not a gum chewer! I quit after 50 years of smoking. I quit because I want to live and thrive. Good product

Tablet size is bigger than other lozenges. Try few different kinds and decide, but lozenges work better than any other products. Believe me 30+ years smoker.

They do work for sure.

I started with the 2nd step patch and used the 4mg when I get that urge. Yes you will get small urges. This does help but I bought a small dose. I then got the 4mg which did the job. I have these 2mg after I finish the 3rd step because I got plenty of the 4mg. I am now down to 2x 3rd patches upon writing this review.I needed to go this route because I trained people and if I do it cold turkey I would have mood swings and take it out on my trainees.I still have plenty of the 4mg so I will start these 2mg after. Then bye bye smoking and welcome smoke free life. Did you know that people that smoke smells bad? Lol 😆 🤣 😂
