This is a very useful nail trimmer. I always use this for my baby and have no problem at all. Very easy and safe to use. Was anxious to use in the beginning when my baby was few days old as I thought it might hurt my baby’s finger but as soon as I started using it, was so happy as I don’t need to worry as the file is so gentle. It’s safe for baby’s delicate skin and soft nails. So pleased with this product. Baby is now 4 months old and I still have not re-charge the unit. Battery seems to lasts.

This was the second electric nail trimmer that I got. I had to return the first one as the removable battery contact point was faulty and the unit would work only in one position.I tried it on me first and the smoothest head does not do much on adult nails.This one has non removable battery which is rechargeable(micro USB to base unit) so no problem with functionality with change of position unlike the first one I tried. Box has a micro USB cable which was handy as most of my cables are USB c now.Very well presented. Works fine. Power on off button requires a longer/harder press than other devices that we are used to but nothing to be overtly concerned. It didn't turn on initially with a simple press.Don't know if it's my baby but I end up using it every 3 to 4 days as the nails become sharp and long quickly.I have now being using it for 1 month with my newborn and I have no major complaints.There is an inbuilt light that turns on automatically when device is switched on. Light is not great I usually use the phone torch or additional light while using but that's the case with all such devices.It tends to grind the nail into fine powder. I definitely feel confident to use this as I was scared of soft tissue injury with manual cutters. Baby is very cooperative with this. Sound is okay and doesn't disturb the baby. It has 3 speeds or modes upto 3 months, 3 to 12months and 12+. It comes with 3 grinding heads which is like sand paper and the smoothest one for newborns. The heads are colour coded and labelled with easy instructions.Simple to use and no risk of skin injury infact I allowed my eager 10 year old neice to use it on the baby under supervision and she was able to trim the nails easily and both of us were happy!

Bought it thinking it’s the best one since it’s the most expensive turns out it’s the worst !! Didn’t even turn on for a second now I have to go threw all the hassle to send it back ! Chinese cheap product don’t buy !!

I have read alot of reviews for women/men with newborn etc, I think it would be very easy using this on a newborn but a toddler on the other hand is a different kettle of fish, so I've always been able to trim my sons nails easily, but not anymore so found this item and honestly I would brought anything to make the job easier, so with him wiggling all over the place its hard. I tried it on myself first and to she how it feels if I was to hit my skin round my nails, doesn't hurt at all (which is great) it perfect for get them trimmed down. Doesn't change to fact that he doesn't like having it done, but find that the torch is a helpful way to actually take his mind of what I'm doing, so use that for that reason. It's quick and easy, which you need as a toddler waits for nobody. I've tried looking for the replacement heads, but can't find em :-/

Works very well. We had a cheaper similar one which worked well when the baby was very small but after a few months the files just didn't do the job (even new ones). This one though works very well and I can do them on my toddler in seconds (when he allows me that is!) while still being gentle if it touches any skin part (it tickles at most). Great buy

One of the best items I’ve bought for my baby! I use it everyday to keep her nails short. No more scratches on her face and no need to use nail clippers. Doesn’t bother my baby at all and have been using it since she was 3 months old. It is rechargeable too so doesn’t rely on batteries. A must have baby item in my view!

A friend suggested this nail trimmer and I am very happy with it. It's easy to use, exactly as described, gentle on baby's nails.
