Arctic Flex Shoulder Ice Pack Brace - Rotator Cuff Cold Gel Wrap Therapy

This is a great shoulder ice pack. It holds the ice in the right place and is comfortable. The ice pack itself is a quality pack - it looks like it will hold up well. I have had it over a month and used it a lot and it still looks new. The ice stays cold for about 30 min. I have not tried it with heat yet so I can't comment on that. I would recommend this.

Out of the ones I've tried so far this is definitely the best. It may not work well for the posterior regions of the shoulder especially as you approach the spine, nor does it ice the pectoral muscle/ clavicular area well. The ice pack is mostly limited to the lateral and Superior shoulder, which is absolutely perfect for my purposes. The ice pack itself stays flexible it fits in the sleeve properly, it lays flat. It stays cold a long time. The brace actually holds it in place very nicely without being uncomfortable. In the beginning of icing I usually wish the inner liner was a little bit thicker but as the pack starts to warm up I kind of like the ability to take a little washcloth that I shove in there out.

I like this product as it's heavy duty and durable. The ice pack itself stays cold for quite awhile and is pretty comfortable, so wearing it for longer than 20-30 minutes is easy to do. My only gripe is that it's really not one size fits all. I have a small frame for a guy, 5'4" and 140 lbs and I wish sizes were available. Otherwise, a very good product in my opinion.

Excellent product. Well made. Fits larger bodies quite well. I suffer from frozen shoulder. This offers great support and immediate relief from much of my pain even before utilizing the cold pack. The stress on my neck and shoulder from holding my arm in a certain position has been relieved by wearing this, as well. This will fit massive arms and super broad chests. Great for bulked up body builders or super curvy plus-size gals, like me. UPDATE: I've been wearing this almost 2 months now. It's been such a huge help. At the end of the day, I'm not in terrible pain like before and can sleep easier. This has made life so much better.

This has been great for dealing with impingement of my left shoulder. Before I could get to the ortho the brace helped stabilize and restrict mobility. I was having difficulty restricting my reach and continuously caused myself more pain. Now that I'm in PT it's been perfect for icing after therapy.

I had to return it, it doesn't really heat properly and cools down quite fast. Construction is great and high quality, I would just need it to be hotter.

I've had this ice pack brace for over three months and have found it to be very effective and versitile on where I can use it. It works on the shoulder, hip, neck and knee. It does a good job and good quality. I highly recommend it.

While the patch offered some shoulder support, the hot/cold pack offered the most benefit. I choose to heat my hot/cold pack 30 minutes on each side seemed to be the right amount of heat for me. Very easy to use and put on by myself. The material seemed to be good, not to thick or bulky, and the size was great for me!

Comfortable and good cooling for my broken shoulder. for the price it should have come with the icepack as most others even at less money come with one and it is inconvenient to buy items to add to something that should come complete. Cheers
