No stars if allowed- These were old and had melted so that I could not remove from either top or bottom layer. Paper was stuck to every piece. 3 boxes were gifts and I was appalled to know these gifts were of inferior quality. I threw away the box I opened. Do not waste your money on these.

This is a review by Oscar Jaeger, Lois's husband. I ordered four boxes of these chocolate covered cherries. There are five pieces to a tray and two trays in a box, so altogether I received eighty pieces of chocolate. My first warning of a problem was that the plastic wrap that covers each tray was smudged with "juice": most of the pieces had burst and were leaking. Upon inspection, I saw that the layer of chocolate that enrobes the maraschino cherry at the center of each piece is thin, enabling each piece to easily burst or melt. The second problem was the taste of the chocolate: it was poor. Now you don't expect chocolate covered cherries to be a health food, but if the taste were good you could be forgiven for indulging. But these chocolates don't taste good and they are laden with artificial flavors, artificial colors, and high fructose corn syrup, so there is no reason to eat them unless you are contemplating suicide. At 75 years old, I'm too young to die! Accordingly, instead of eating these chocolates, I saved all the maraschino cherry centers, since these tasted okay albeit not of the best quality, and ran the rest of the chocolates under hot water until they completely melted into and down my kitchen drain. As a precaution, so that the drain would not clog, I poured into the drain four ounces of a wonderful drain opener called GLUG, followed by warm (NOT hot) water. If you make the mistake of buying these chocolates, you could try using them as an insecticide ... or just return them.

Awful. They were stuck together and you couldn’t even eat them .

We ordered 4 boxes of Queens cherry chocolates when we opened them today to have one.. every single chocolate in every box was completely melted, cherry juice everywhere and none were even eatable! We are completely disappointed in the quality of your product

The dark chocolate covered cherries are superior to the milk chocolate ones. Mine arrived a little melted/the filling leaked out, but after i reached out to the seller, they quickly sent me a replacement at no cost that were excellent. Will definitely order from them again.

Too much packaging and slipshod; hard to get the candy out of the slots, sticky and messy. Freezing the product helped. Taste not as good as it could be: more chocolate % and more cherry flavor in the center.

My husband got me four boxes of these beautiful Queen Annes dark chocolate cherries for Christmas. I love them and have trouble finding them, I have a dairy allergy. By mistake he ordered four instead of two, but I didn’t complain! First box was awesome, I ate one a day. However today when I opened the second box, I was dismayed to find a mess! Squished cherries , sticky cordial filling all over the inside of the package. And those cherries were dry and not good. I opened another box to see, and there were two cracked cherries in the top layer of this box as well. I am not going to open the fourth box because the temptation will be too much. I just want a replacement , but Amazon says it’s not eligible. That’s frustrating. Shipping made them a mess. Boo.

This is terrible for the price I was charged. I want a full refund. The boxes were all broken open and the chocolates smashed and leaking and these have been in a freezer for months. Discoloured and white coating on them. Doesn’t even deserve a one star but there was no option for zero
