Jacquard iDye Natural Fiber Dye Gold Ochre

Easy to use, several ways to use according to the directions. I did stovetop, which was recommended. TERRIBLE color. Looked pumpkin orange initially, turned out BRIGHT orange after following all directions exactly. I had only a 100% cotton tank and three 100% cotton placemats, used two dye packets and two stock pots. Have dyed many other cotton items just like this with other dyes, but never have i had such TERRIBLE results.

I purchased two packs of this because that was the minimal. I'm disappointed that the dye isn't working at all. I've soaked my light green duvet literally all day and every time I pull it out and place my hands on it I can see the original color coming back. I even used both packets thinking perhaps 2 packs would allow the dye to soak my duvet well, and still the same outcome. I pull it out to dry and now its stained really badly.
