So far so good
The media could not be loaded. My dentist recommended this cordless water teeth cleaner. I personally love it.1. Reservoir is enough for me. Water tank is larger than most flossers and is easy to refill.2. Battery lasts a long time. I use it 2 times a day, and have not recharge it more than two weeks, that is great!3. Compact and lightweight. The water flosser doesn't take up a lot of space and is not heavy, children also can do well.4. Good customer service. I lost a replaceable tip and emailed them. Seller sent me two replacement and told me that i can get help no matter what the problem is in the future!5. I like that three pulsed water settings, i use "LOW" to massage gums and other modes to clean my teeth, so powerful. And, you should select "LOW" when first use, otherwise bleed, which is normal.6. It does come with a quality bag that stoges all of the parts, and which can keep it from turning itself on while traveling. We travel a lot so it’s a good choice for us.A tip:In order to avoid spraying water everywhere, i set the flosser in my mouth, on the tooth I want to start with, then turn it on.So far I don't find a problem. I am very happy with the floss.

Teeth and Gum Saver
I'm trying to save my teeth as I go through perimenopause. I noticed a huge difference in my teeth about 1 week of use. I use it twice a day, morning and night and I use 1/2 water and 1/2 peroxide. The trick is to leave a slight opening in your mouth, lean forward over the sink so the water flows in the sink.Ease your way up to the high flow because it is pretty strong. My teeth feel extra clean . I had a slight build up of plaque on my back both tooth, it is almost gone.Cute well made carry case with pockets to store the accessories and different attachments to clean your teeth as you desire.Great product, long lasting charge.

Just as good as a Waterpic
This was a replacement for a handheld Waterpic that I had for 4 or 5 years and liked very much. This one is better because it has 3 speeds, and is gravity-fed, so that when you hold it sideways to floss your teeth, it doesn’t stop working. It came with a very nice case for travel. I take it with me wherever I go, which is what’s nice about the portable units over the countertop models. The only negative is that I have extra Waterpic replacement tips and accessories that do not fit this brand. Instead you must get the proprietary tips from the company. If you email them, they will send you two free replacement tips. I see that there is now a 5 speed model that has more power and the battery lasts longer. I use mine at least once a day and I charge it every week to 10 days. There is a red light that flashes when it needs to be charged. It charges with a usb cord. Overall, I would recommend it, and would buy again.

stopped working after 5 months. It was great up until then
broke after 5 months. In the process of trying to figure out how to return it to China!! the return window is closed. Looks like I got screwed . UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one free of charge! Didn't even have to send the old one back. This is an incredible flosser, compared to others that I've had this one is great. I don't know why it stopped working, but I'm gonna assume that it was just a fluke. Customer service was fantastic! And my dental checkups show improvement since using it.

Bulky but works great
This was my first time trying a water flosser. Loved the packaging of the item. It came with a travel bag, a cable and 5 nozzles. The great thing is they offer 2 free nozzles as replacement. The flosser itself has 3 settings. I started with the Low mode and i think medium is what most people would prefer. The high mode is a little bit uncomfortable. Feels too strong at times. But it works really great especially if you floss after having a meal. All food particles disappear. The only thing i dont like about this is the bulky water reservoir. Since its primarily a travel item it could be a little bit smaller and more handy. I dont mind refilling the water reservoir every other day so it could be made more handy by reducing in size.Overall i really like this flosser. Would recommend it.

Prompt action on faulty battery life.
I have had other hand held flossers, which I did like. What a particularly like about this one is its large capacity water reservoir and the intensity of the water stream. I found that the various tips that come with it are very useful for my particular issues. Most important to me was the prompt, personal reply when I reported that that battery wouldn't charge. Suggestions were made to remedy the situation but also included a no questions asked replacement. I am delighted with the quick and personal customer service. I feel confident that, should I have another issue, it would be addressed and rectified quickly.

Why all compact water flossers stop working after a few months?!!
UPDATE: To be totally honest, I can't change my review because I got disappointed by the quality of that product, but maybe it was just a lemon... After posting my review though, the seller saw it and immediately contacted me, apologized and wanted to ship me a new one; as I live overseas and I had already ordered another brand (which I sincerely doubt will last years anyway), I asked and they accepted to refund my money; that was a very professional response to my complain, which made me raise my number of stars from only one, the minimum, to 3 stars.I was happy with that one, with all its features indeed, but some day, just 3 months later I wanted to switch it on and... totally DEAD!! I even had wrapped it in cling film because it happens to another brand I had before (also not so brutally) and when I brought it for repairs I was told that it had taken water inside that oxidized everything (cannot return items to amazon, not worth it, I live overseas)... So, I am very upset now, if someone knows about a water flosser brand that doesn't brake after a couple of months (I think this is mostly due to battery problems), PLEASE let me know; I will not trust anymore amazon reviews, they must be all fake, paid, or anyway as people are asked by amazon for a review just a short while after buying a product... It cannot be possible that it is only happening to me! :-(
