These were a godsend for my hair! I wasLosing hair all the time. Just passing my hands through my hair before and I was losing hair all the time. In the shower I had handfuls of hair just coming out, to the point it would make me cry.I researched my options, opted for these supplements and couldn’t be happier! I'm always disappointed when I go to a drug store to buy biotin supplements for hair and nails. The prices are outrageous. This company has come up with a product that won't break the bank. My husband and I have been taking the pills for several weeks now and hair growth has been amazing. I have extremely brittle nails and I realize it will take a while for me to see progress with them. However, initally I am super pleased with this product. While the pills are large (the size of a standard multivitamin), they are a capsule. So, super easy to take. Thanks for the great product. I'll return with a follow up concerning nail growth and strength.
