Absolutely delicious

These medallions are the perfect size. The taste is awesome and the pepper is just right. Takes me back to when I was a kid. Very tender. I almost wish that I was a mountain man but I'm sure my jerky wouldn't taste as good and I would probably have been eaten by a bear. Especially if he smelled this jerky.

Jerky was too good that I didn't get to eat it. Someone stole it from my pantry and ate it.

Nothing but good things to say about this. The flavor is great (not too peppery or lacking in pepper), the texture is just right (not too tough/dry nor is it greasy/chewy), and the price is good for the number of pieces you get. These are preformed, so the count of pieces is a good consistent measure of value vs loose jerky, where the weight is the primary form of measurement.

If you are expecting this to taste like the regular old trapper jerky. It does not still really good tasting but I prefer the old trapper in the bag.
