I bought these to support my old knees when out running. Unfortunately, the fit puts pressure on the calf muscles, causing muscle strain/injury in the calves every time I used them. I had to abandon using them after four or five runs. They do provide good support to the knees though, and will be ideal for day to day use on problem knees, just not the correct product for runners. I found compression tights/leggings did the job as it supported the knee and the calf.

First time I started using knee support.I am please with it that I got the right size. It stays in place when running, squats and kicks.For achy knee, I think it is helping a lot, but it does not mean it solves the problem.In a cold weather, I find it helps my knees to be warm and hence do not hurt.It is also good wearing these when standing a lot.During summer, after a good activity, I am still wearing it and fallen asleep in the garden with my feet up.The rubber around it had irritated my skin. So if there is anything I would advice, do not sunbathe wearing it like what I did.

The knee support is really comfortable to wear unlike some I have tried that cost a lot more money. It supports my knee really well ….. I don't 'work out' as I'm not sporty, but I walk miles & this knee support will get a good test drive on an 8 mile walk I'm doing next week.

I liked the comfort, support and its stretchability. I have had a bad knee inflammation/fluid on-the-knee issue, and during a period of recovery needed to build back the strength, without wobbling about. These supports are really useful for this. If I walked a long distance the support could slip down a bit.Overall, very happy with the product.

I bought this to help with my dodgy knees whilst working out at the gym.Good for squats, lunges and also machines with weights.I bought the large and they fit well and give the necessary support. Look no further, buy these!Edit... After a few uses, they aren't that great for running. The area around my thigh is very tight and hurts when using the these.

It’s very affordable and I really like the orange highlights; they give it some life as opposed to some other supports which are bland and all black. Only qualm is that it is a little loose around the kneecap but fairly tight around the calf and thigh. It would be nice if it had a little more of taper. A smaller size and I wouldn’t be able to slide it up my leg

These are quite thick and provide good heat to my knees but not as much compression as similar ones I have used(lots of types over the years). They are not a bad price but would not recommend for extended exercise as they do shift around a lot or if you need a high level of support through compression

Brilliant product. Had a bad knee and other supports did not help. Tried this and it was great. Very supportive, knee now ok but keep these just incase. Highly recommended.
