When I brought this I was skeptical as to whether it would have much of an effect, but I'm delighted to say it made a huge difference. It is a lot more comfortable not having my teeth grind and it definatly helps me stay more stable and grind out those last few reps.It was a little awkward moulding it, but I think this was due it being my first time using something like this. Would still recommend.

Awesome bit of kit. Easy to mould. And use during every workout.Only gripe is that the case is a little difficult to open sometimes especially at the end of a set when you want to remove the gum shield while resting.I have broken my case and is a little annoying. And there's no way to just buy the case.

Really worth it, stops grinding when lifting

Firstly, anyone complaining about the fitting process needs to watch the video and follow it. Very simple and works perfectly as described... I haven't yet yested it whilst lifting but will update again once I have and give feedback on how well it works and this gagging issue some have mentioned. It feels comfortable after fitting and doesn't seem to be causing anything obtrusive or a gag response from simply wearing it. Not sure how that will change when I use it in anger.UPDATE - used in anger today whilst deadlifting. Hit a new PB. Not due to item itself, but now I'm not worrying about grinding my teeth I can put full effort into my lifts. Does exactly what I wanted it for! Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Wtf, I followed the fitting instructions and it completely melted! Had it less than an hour and already completely useless!What a waste of money!

Great tool, takes a few days to get used to but definitely helps on heavy lifting

The information didn’t mention that the product might make people gag when they use it. There was a ‘tip’ in the instructions to use salt on the tongue but that is completely impractical in a gym environment.
