Great and bunnies love it too.
Works great and the rabbits love it too. It helps a lot with catching allergens and pet fur. I do have to vacuum the filter off periodically. My rabbits love the airflow a little too much and like to sit on it.If I could change only a few things is that I wish I could open the top to empty it because my rabbits like to sit on it. I also wish that it had a pet lock feature on the setting because sometimes they are able to turn it off with the touch sensor.I did wrap the power cord with many many layers of protection, but most people probably don’t need that addition.

UPDATE 01/18/20 - Very Highly Recommended - Fantastic HEPA Air Filter at a Bargain Basement price.
*UPDATE 01/18/2020* After almost 4 years of continuing use of my Honeywell Hepa Air Purifiers they are still going strong! I now have 3 of these amazing machines, having replaced all three of my round Honeywell air filters. With regular maintenance and filter changes these air purifiers still do an excellent job of filtering the air in my home. I still have two cats in my home and my asthma has gotten a bit worse with age, but these Honeywell Hepa Air Filters still do an incredible job! The replacement filters are reasonably priced and the machines still maintain a virtually silent operation in the lowest setting. To sum up, 4 years later I am still very pleased with my purchase. Cheers! Tom F. - Chicago, IL.My chronic allergies and sinusitis have required that I use HEPA air filters in every room of my home. Over the past 20 years I have owned many different units, almost all of them were manufactured by Honeywell. While all had the same basic functions and worked quite well, this unit is by far the best and quietest air filter that I have ever owned. Consumer Reports rates this air filter very high and with good reason, because it's the best and most affordable unit on the market to date. The unit is very simple and offers double filtration, the extra thick charcoal filter is first, followed by the extra thick HEPA filter. The air is pulled in from the front of the unit where it goes through both filters and then comes out from an air grate on the top of the unit just behind the controls. This makes it a great space saver that can be placed almost anywhere, especially against a wall. There are 4 levels of filtration, #1) GERM, #2) GENERAL CLEAN #3) ALLERGEN and #4) TURBO.The 1st level GERM is virtually silent, I've never owned an air filter that is this quiet - it is the perfect level to use while watching a movie. #2) is a pleasant white noise that is barely audible and offers a great amount of filtration. The 3rd and 4th levels offer superior air flow and are so much quieter than my other Honeywell filters. While I still own multiple Honeywell filters and use them daily throughout my home, I will be replacing them with this unit as my budget allows. In searching for this air filter I looked very closely at comparable units priced as high as $600.- I was searching for an air filter that offered great filtration, but was also quiet so I could use it daily in my home theater room. After looking at almost 20 different units and brands in the $200-$600 price range, checking Consumer Reports as well as the Amazon consumer feedback I was won over by this Honeywell unit because of the price, the basic method of filtration, the very cool control panel, the fact that I could place the unit against a wall, the convenient size of the unit, and finally my positive experience over the past 20 years with Honeywell products. In the end I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this unit. One final note, the ability to turn the blue light off on the control panel is a welcome upgrade over my other Honeywell units. Thank you Honeywell & Amazon!

Nonstop for over 3 years ‘c still going strong.
Bought the extra large room one in January 2022.It’s been in our bedroom running literally nonstop as of end of May 2025. It’s still works the same as the day I got it. 100% recommend to anyone. The low setting is quiet and provides a little background white noise at bedtime. Replacng filters is simple and affordable. If you’re in the market for one of these I would recommend this unit for sure. If this thing bff ever does stop, let’s be honest running non stop for 3+ years in today’s age of crap technology speaks volumes, I will buy another one in a heartbeat. Cheers!

Folded and creased replacement pre-filters for this air cleaner
Air cleaner works. The Honeywell filter replacement kit with the four pre-filters and the three Hepa filters is too small so the prefilters are folded. Not sure the crease will come out before I need to use them. I am storing the pre-filters separately and am hoping for the best.

Great value compared to 'fad' brands talked up by fluffy websites that likely get kickbacks.
Bought two of these, Feb 2020 and April 2020, through Amazon. Arrived in perfect condition. Decided to come back and give long term review after my brother bought another brand for over twice the money and it is terrible.PROS- I doubt you will find a better Air Purifier for the money- Great for large rooms (use it in two rooms that are essentially 10x12 with 12' ceilings ... 1440sq ft, plus pulling some air from outside of rooms).- I do not have a way of measuring particles density handy, but judging by the reduction in smell (120 year old home), and the dust it collects, it is doing a great job.- Durability - These were to replace a 12 year old Honeywell that started to smell strange(like hydraulic fluid almost) after near daily use ... for 12 years! After almost five years of daily use these are still running strong with no weird noises or vibrations.- They clean well enough on non-turbo that I rarely use it (usually after getting back from a weekend trip or something).CONS- Honeywell filters are overpriced. I bought brand name and off brand and compared and could see/tell no difference at all.- Turbo mode is quite loud. You won't use it very often so it's fine for it's intended use (quick clean).OVERALL- I can't recommend Honeywell enough. I have had great success with them and in this case, a simialr size room cleaner in a LeB*** brand cost almost twice and really doesn't do any better other than 'smart' technology, but my brother didn't get three months out of it before error popping up and constant annoyance to keep it running)- I came here just to check the price and I see they have discontinued this for a newer model. I don't need one right now, but if I do, I know Honeywell will be at the top of my list.I will work on getting some sort of testing device to measure before/after and update. No promises based on cost though.

Works GREAT!
Love it! Run it day & night! Pricey but it's a need for asthma. These things should be covered under health insurance in my humble opinion. It's not a want is a need especially in this dry valley. 😬
