The smell was not over-powering.Put them in the Christmas tree bag and the ornament crates we store under our Sunroom.Anxious to see next Christmas if they help absorbed any musty smell we often get.EDIT - December 2021: Opened our Christmas storage crates and Christmas Tree storage bag a few weeks ago. Still a few tablets left in the bag and crates but ABSOLUTELY NO musty smell on the tree or ornaments/decorations! We store the tree in our older garage and the crates in a storage area under our Sun Room. I am VERY pleased with this product and just ordered another package. There is no overpowering smell. The tablets have evaporated into a smaller size so I added them to another storage crate.

I’ve just gotten this item. Excellent packing. They included excellent directions for use. And - there was even a hand written Thank You! I like that little bags are included. I’m anxious to use them!

I've used other MustGo products and they worked really well, so I decided to try their Vapor Tablets. I placed some in my funky smelling basement cabinets and storage bins and they seem to be working well. I scattered the tablets in the cabinets and bagged them for my storage bins. The company states the tablets won't stain, so my wife plans on getting some to use for her shoes and bags in our bedroom closet. I continue to be impressed with the MustGo's products.

Like the packaging,works quickley.I use the pellets when storing Christmas items in plastic containers.items stay fresh until th next season.Highlyrecommended this product.

Harmful if inhaled or swallowed. Causes irritation to eyes, skin and mucous membrane and upper respiratory tract. Causes central nervous system depression, paralysis and convulsion in animals. May cause headache, diffuse gastrointestinal pain, nausea, indigestion, numbness and aching of limbs, and general fatigue. Liver function test may show abnormalities. Chronic exposure is mostly characterized by central nervous system symptoms, fatigue, headache, tremor, insomnia, sensory impairment, and mood changes. Such symptoms are rare however. (USCG, 1999)

I used this in my storage closet, bathroom and clothes closets. Within 24 hours I could tell a difference.I'll purchase again !
