I’ve been using this product for 30 years and it’s always been good. Bolts and nuts won’t back out and will need some serious impacting and/or heat to remove. This nice sized bottle will last me a good long while. Also, I highly recommend the Loctite 242/243 threadlockers as well.

Assuming this will genuinely hold things together over time, it is highly valuable stuff. I was so glad that someone makes something with these claims. I applied it to fill some gaps on a yoke going into a transmission that, over 40 years, had scratched a bit and wold have let oil leak past. I used an aluminum sleeve kit, but it wasn't staying put very securely, so I smeared it with this stuff and put it in. Only time will tell if this stuff works, but since other Threadlocker products work, I am assuming this will too. Oh, I also used it on some exhaust studs to insure they stay put.

I bought the Loc-tite to hold a stud in a Model A accessory heater exhaust manifold. It gets pretty warm and I wanted to be sure the stud didn't pull out. I've driven the car several times since using the Loc-tite, and the stud is holding fine. I'd know immediately if it didn't as the heater cover would rattle like crazy. If you need a product to hold in high temp situations, it works well. The shipping process was terrible, but that has no bearing on the effectiveness of the product.
