Quality Adding Machine
I’ve gone through maybe a dozen adding machines over the decades. So far very happy with this calculator, no problems. I like the heavier feel of the large buttons. Print is clear. Good purchase.

Good Sharp calculator
Sharp has always made good machines, however like all things now days it can't compare to the old style that I had for over 50 years.

Arrived in great shape and works perfectly. Very happy using it as treasurer of our group. It is easy to use, the buttons are easy to use, large enough for mature fingers, and ir fits nicely;on my desk.

Read This Before You Buy
This calculator worked great for the 10 months I've had it. Now --- and as several others have pointed out -- the printing motor does NOT stop running. It doesn't matter if you turn off printing, the motor keeps running. The calculator still functions, but the printing mechanism just keeps running, even when not printing. Did I mention it KEEPS RUNNING! Even when turned off!!! It only stops if unplugged. You can still use it, so long as you don't mind it sounding like a hair dryer even when NOT printing. This turned out to be a poor quality machine and a waste of money for having it less than a year. It's only warranted for 6 months. Do yoursel a favor and AVOID this calculator.UPDATE - I increased my rating to 4 stars. I called the company and told them about this issue. They responded by saying that they were aware of a small number of defective units with this problem and they sent me a brand new replacement. The new one is the exact same model but it now has an A/C adapter which you need to plug into the back of the calculator. The display is also a bit different in that it is more green and the numbers are larger. Not a big deal, and I'm happy with the end result.
