By The Cup Candy Coated Chocolate Rocks, 1 lb Bulk Bag

I purchased these for an outdoor themed birthday cake. I mostly cared about the look, but they honestly tasted incredible too! They’re exactly what I was looking for. I do feel they were a bit pricy, but since this item was no where in stores near me I didn’t have much of a choice. I do wish it came in a smaller bag, the quantity was much more than I needed.

I got these to put in little plastic test tubes as party favors for my son's science themed 4th birthday party. I had a bit extra so I used it to decorate his volcano cake with. I also played a little trick on my son with them. I didn't tell him they were candy and held a few in my hand to "show him how cool these rocks were that I found outside". After he glanced at them I quickly threw them in my mouth and started eating them. He was immediately startled and concerned, but then I explained to him it was just candy:) They were delicious and the kids loved them! Overall was a great value for the amount that I purchased and was more affordable than other brands that I had looked at.

Whenever I put these on a cake for decorations, they add such beauty. People are always shocked to learn that they are actually chocolate because they look so real. They also taste great.

Exactly what it says and what I needed. The kids were convinced they were real and I had to tell them they were chocolate. They were not melted at all and there wasn't much broken in the bag despite ordering them in August. They did have a bit of a chalky texture but not terrible and pretty typical for chocolate rocks.

Shipping was a little slow; I was worried they would be melted/clumped together by the time they arrived but far from it. Rocks were very realistic with various colors. The taste was surprisingly decent. I saw some complaints that they didn’t taste that great- I mean they’re not Godiva, ok? But the kids at VBS are sure to love them!

It is so much fun to eat rocks! The joy of biting into something that looks like a real stone is awesome. Besides the appearance, the candy has a very rich chocolate flavor. I was truly surprised at the excellent quality of the chocolate. It has a similar flavor to the hand crafted chocolates found in exclusive shops. I will definitely buy this product again. Well done!

These rocks looked great on the birthday cake I made for my son. However, some of the rocks tasted like sour milk. I'm not sure if they were spoiled or what. Several of the rocks tasted great, then my son ate one and said it tasted like puke. I ate a few more and I got a rock that tasted like puke, too. Not all tasted bad, so it makes me think a few had spoiled.
