Total Gym Rectangular Squat Stand

The Total Gym Squat Stand arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days. It fits my total gym andI'm very happy with it and the price!

Smaller than I expected, so really couldn’t used for jump squats like I wanted to.

I was surprised how small this is. The foot pad is 14" x 10" with about 6” from base to pad when bars slid in. This will work fine for me as a average size woman but I would imagine if you have larger feet than 8 it may not be right for you. One up side is I returned a NON-total gym squat pad that was huge and had “give” when “jumping”. This has zero “give” due to short legs on pad that works better for me.
