Love my grapefruit oil!!!

I recently tried doTERRA Grapefruit Essential Oil, and I’m really impressed! The scent is bright and refreshing, instantly lifting my mood. Just a few drops in my diffuser make my home feel cheerful and inviting. It’s perfect for energizing my mornings or just adding a nice vibe throughout the day. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to brighten their space. Five stars!

I ordered this doTERRA Grapefruite Essential Oil in the summer, which is not a good time for citrus essential oils (they spoil quickly). When it arrived, the bottle was very warm, I kept it in a dark cupboard to let it cool and when I tried it, it was in perfect condition. Minimal to no damage from the heating. It is now winter and it is still fresh, I mix it with lemon in a dropper and put it in my water each time I fill it up. While doTERRA may not be the highest quality oils, I absolutely love their citrus oils to drink, because it tastes a lot better than other kinds of oil. Grapefruit is also good for skin, and can be an alternative to lemon oil if you don't like the flavor.

I recently started using Do Terra Essential grapefruit oil. The smell is amazing, I have used their products in the past, I am quite pleased with it.

Stoner tip - Add a drop to your bong/bubbler water. OR put a small drop on your finger, then rub it on a paper or wrap. The grapefruit terps are synergistic with the medicine and dramatically amplify it's effects and flavor. This is due to the what is called the entourage effect. Look it up. Don't add more than I stated, because it can cause a short term temporary headache if you add too much. This is not medical advice, I am just sharing my personal experience with this product after about 4 years of doing this daily. I also very much enjoy the lemon and wild orange essential oils from this company, as they are also awesome for this as well. Grapefruit is uplifting, with a sativa effect. Orange has a focusing effect, and lemon is kind of between the two and is very pleasant, happy and smiley. You're welcome. Enjoy and have a dank day!

Fresh, smells wonderful. Haven't used it yet as I was planning to use it in a diffuser that I bought a long time ago but forget to use. I've heard that diffusing grapefruit oil really lifts your spirits and is revitalizing (from an aroma therapist who studied at Bastyr University). I think you could easily just put some on your wrists and enjoy it that way too. I don't know about any other therapeutic effects but I'm sure there are some. This is the best way to buy doTerra oils as their annual fee and prices are a rip off...sort of a pyramid thing. Prices are the same or better on Amazon and this is a good quality oil.

Amazing product

I am using it to help with lymph along with a couple other products. The swelling is down, but I haven’t used the grapefruit long enough to claim complete success. Product was shipped promptly and was well packed.

After less than 2 weeks, i am pleased with the taste of the product. I do feel some increase and energy and hope this translates to an increase in metabolism and energy to exercise more. Goal is improved fitness and toning!
