doTERRA Grapefruit Essential Oil 15 ml (1 Pack)

I recently started using Do Terra Essential grapefruit oil. The smell is amazing, I have used their products in the past, I am quite pleased with it.

Amazing product

Stoner tip - Add a drop to your bong/bubbler water. OR put a small drop on your finger, then rub it on a paper or wrap. The grapefruit terps are synergistic with the medicine and dramatically amplify it's effects and flavor. This is due to the what is called the entourage effect. Look it up. Don't add more than I stated, because it can cause a short term temporary headache if you add too much. This is not medical advice, I am just sharing my personal experience with this product after about 4 years of doing this daily. I also very much enjoy the lemon and wild orange essential oils from this company, as they are also awesome for this as well. Grapefruit is uplifting, with a sativa effect. Orange has a focusing effect, and lemon is kind of between the two and is very pleasant, happy and smiley. You're welcome. Enjoy and have a dank day!

Exactly what I was expecting

I recently tried doTERRA Grapefruit Essential Oil, and I’m really impressed! The scent is bright and refreshing, instantly lifting my mood. Just a few drops in my diffuser make my home feel cheerful and inviting. It’s perfect for energizing my mornings or just adding a nice vibe throughout the day. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to brighten their space. Five stars!

I am using it to help with lymph along with a couple other products. The swelling is down, but I haven’t used the grapefruit long enough to claim complete success. Product was shipped promptly and was well packed.

Last year I bought this oil from my neighbor. She suggested I add the entire bottle to a spray bottle with their fractionated coconut oil and rub it on my thighs every day which I did after showering. I was sort of "dieting", reducing my calorie intake and losing about 1.5 - 2 lbs per week but my legs didn't seem to be cooperating. This oil concoction helped my chunky thighs shrink down 2 pant sizes within a month, and the oil was a great moisturizer. It did not speed up weight loss however it truly slimmed my legs down and THAT felt good. So I'm doing it again. She has moved and I'm very happy that Amazon has their products.

I use this every day. I put it in my water or can use in recipes. Love this product.
