Floors look great!
Shines floors beautifully. My scuffed and scratched laminated wood floors have been revived after just one application. Follow directions (which are easy) and make sure to let the product dry before walking on it. If you want shine, this does a great job and lasts for months.

Best Product for 25 yr old Hardwoods
Amazing product! I am surprised at some of the negative reviews, describing layers of cloudy finish flaming and chipping off. I suspect that this is due to overuse and/or incorrect application. I will share how I applied this product and details on my floors. It has been the best thing I have done for my hardwoods! My floors- oak hardwoods original to my 1993 home. Sealed with what appears to be a regular oil based polyurethane. Floors are starting to show some wear and tear. They are not to the point where refinishing is necessary, but I do have many scratches, and a few pits and warping. Most of all, they were getting hard to keep clean. I read several very favorable reviews of this product on blogs and websites and decided to give it a try.The process: I followed the instructions to the letter. I made sure my floors were perfectly clean and dry by vacuuming, sweeping with a dust mop, mopping with bona cleaner, allowing that to dry overnight, then in the morning, dry dust mopping again. I was now ready to apply the Floor Finish! It sprays on and I used an o cedar flat microfiber mop to spread it. This did ruin the mop head, so when I do it again I will use an old one. I had to work fast. The product has a strong odor, not as bad as poly or paint, but more so than a floor cleaner. I opened my windows. I “painted myself out” as you are not supposed to step on it until it cures for several hours. I did this process in the morning after my husband and kids left for work and school. The instructions stated that it was acceptable to apply a second coat. I decided not to do this. After three or four hours, I replaced furniture and walked on it. It took me about one hour max to apply to approx 500SF of wood flooring. Honestly, the prep took much longer. The results: the floors immediately looked shiny and lustrous! They weren’t quite slippery. This lasted for a couple weeks. Even more important to me than how they looked, was how they “repelled” dirt and dust. As I had hoped, they stay cleaner. I don’t have to scrub in the wood grain to keep my floors clean any longer. I can just vacuum or sweep, and other than the kitchen, I mop once a week or so. That’s it!This was back in May and it’s now August. I haven’t yet reapplied the Floor Finish. The blog reviews I mentioned earlier with good results, talked about reapplication around a couple/few months. When I do reapply, I will make sure to use the Deep Cleaner as recommended by Holloway House to remove what’s left of this Floor Finish. I have to guess that those who had trouble with this product either were using it as incorrectly a cleaning product much too often, and/or have a different type of flooring than mine.I can confidently say that this product is worth the price and then some - I would have paid five times that - and though the application process was a pain, it was worth it in the long run because I have saved an hour or two a week in cleaning my floors over a period of three months now.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Moved into a very nice apartment with LVP, but the floors just didn't pop.Cleaned them a few times, slightly better, but floors seemed lackluster.Found this and applied a light coat for a first test, easy to apply, no issues and the difference was amazing.Nice gloss and even the fake grain had more depth. The second time applied a more thorough coat and results were even better. Not super shiny, a deep rich luster. My floors now glisten in the moonlight!!I use a squeeze water bottle to apply, and a wide but narrow pad rinsing as needed.

Shiny floors
Overall great product! Really helped get the glossy look I needed on my dull vinyl flooring. Only con is the smell is pretty strong. Needed some ventilation but the smell will go away after 10 to 15mins.

Made My Floors Shiny Again...Just Avoid TILE!!
Our hardwood floors are quite old (they came with the house and our house is over 100 years old) so we always need to polish them. This stuff works. Trust me, I’d know…I’ve tried many products before for my floors but none had given satisfactory results. Almost always there would be residue leftover or streak marks. Well I’m happy to report that that’s not a problem with this cleaner. The process was pretty easy too, I just followed the instructions on the bottle to the letter. I start by vacuuming the area you know to get rid of the dust and dirt. Afterwards I get out my microfiber mop, this is the one I use. I apply my cleaner to the pad and use it to clean the floor. It dries quickly but to be on the safe side I always wait until the next morning to use the floor finish. It sprays on so its super convenient. Next I use my flat mop head to spread it around with even strokes. Depending on how much time I have, I sometimes add a second coat.I’m very satisfied with the result. The product gives my old floors a nice shine and gloss with no weird residue. Its been a while since i applied it but it still looks as good as the first day so I want to say that it lasts for a good amount of time too. I did notice that the floor got a little slicker afterwards however. Nothing that would render it a breakdealer, though.Other things that I liked: The product didn’t have an overpowering smell. If I were to describe it I would say that it smells like mild vinegar. It’s noticeable but not to the point where you’d have to air out your house with the windows open. It’s affordable. You get a lot of product from a bottle. I’ve used mine a few times and I still have a bit left. So for what? $10? You get a fair amount of stuff to use for your floors.Cons: This isn’t really a con but be prepared to spend some time prepping the floors before actually using the product. After all, the better you prep your floors the better they’ll look. The key is to get rid of all the dirt and stuff with a vacuum and mop first. Trust me you do not want to apply the finisher to your floor if there’s gunk on it.Also, do not use it for tile floors. It says you can on the bottle but it really isn’t designed for that purpose. I tried it on my bathroom tiles- never again. It makes it look nice and beautiful at first but it quickly gets splotchy over time. I thought reapplying the stuff might help but nope, it only made the situation worse. The worst part is that you can’t just scrape it off. Well you can but you’ll have to get on your hands and knees and scrub for a while.I would purchase it again though, just because it makes my hardwood looks great. Stay away from tiles, however this is not the stuff that you want to use for it.
