doTERRA Balance Essential Oil Grounding Blend - 15 ml

I use DoTerra Serenity blend, Lavender and Balance every night before bed. I can’t live without it now. The scent is so soothing to me. I also LOVE the women’s blend called “whisper”, however they only make it in a roller ball now.. they used to sell 5ml bottles which were much more concentrated and lasted longer. I still buy it though but it uses up fast. The serenity oil and the other essential oils in 15ml bottles last a long time for me. I’ve had this serenity bottle since late 2022 and it’s Sept 10, 2023 today. I’m due for a new bottle since this one’s almost gone. I put a dab straight on my wrist and rub some on my pulse point (neck) and put some on the top of my nose so I’m always breathing it in before I sleep.. it helps me calm down and fall asleep. I also rub some on my chest. The main DoTerra oils I love and own are Balance, Serenity, Lavender, Melaleuca (tea tree), Breathe, Aroma Touch, Deep Blue, Clove, OnGuard, Wild Orange and Whisper. Balance is a very grounding blend, it smells almost piney (which is probably the spruce and frankincense) - Balance is a blend of chamomile, blue tansy, spruce, cinnamon, frankincense, osmanthus and coconut oil as a carrier. Earthly and divine.

So I bought this specifically for labor and delivery since I am so nervous and anxious and a bit worried if I am unable to keep my emotions in control. Being pregnant your hormones are already as bad as it is. I looked up what are some essential oils that works well while in labor...balance came up as one of them. this was my first time to experiment with this so I ask my husband to try it first since he is going through a stressful time, he likes to keep it inside especially since I'm pregnant and he doesn't want to add more stress to my hormones. He was also playing his game at the same time. He agreed to try it. He put three drops on his left foot and rubbed it in. He took a big smell of it and went back to his games. What I noticed on his personality 1-2 minutes later... He was no longer yelling at the game lol. (He's a gamer) 😜 I definitely heard lots of calming comments that didn't lead to lots of anger or frustrations with the game. I ask him about 3 min after applying it how he feels. He said he feels ALERT and a lot more relaxed and he also said he is trying to think about all the stressful situations but he felt like not worried anymore about it and he felt there was no reason to worry. He started telling me "your right baby I really wasn't so positive but, this really is magic and works" he even wants me to buy more to experiment and try out!! I now feel like this is going to be an amazing experience during labor. Plus my OB loves and knows everything about essential oils and highly recommend trying it out. She uses young living. But doterra is all I've tried and this works wonders!!! Def buy it and try it out. Not a waste of money if you really want to see a change in your mood. Thanks for reading my review.

Using this an alternative to Woolzies “balance” which is currently my favorite blend, the scent is a great mixture that calms with a hint of citrus. Using it in the same diffuser I’ve use for various other blends using 3-4 drops in 50ml , this blend requires about 8-10 drops for the same level of fragrance. It appears to be somewhat diluted in the carrier oil.

I was looking for a blend to help calm the nerves and ease any anxious feelings without making me "sleepy" like lavender... this one is IT! I think this is my favorite blend in my collection so far! I took a friend's advice and diffused Balance with my Serenity blend and I had a blissful night of sleep. For me, it first smells like pine trees followed by a light floral/fruity smell that's sweet. It's really refreshing and blends really well with other oils whether it's lavender and peppermint or a hint of lemon and orange. That's why it's called "Balance" I guess? As far as "grounding"... it has worked for me both topically and aromatically. I mixed a few drops into my blend of lavender, peppermint, and lemon and I instantly felt more at ease. I also placed a few drops on some foot pad inserts for my flats (I prefer this versus applying it directly on the bottoms of my feet) and I would get a few whiffs of the oil while working and my mood was instantly lifted. This is definitely a blend to keep on hand in your collection! You can always mix another blend to it if you have any aversions to the pine smell or if it's too fruity for you.
