The label says cheese spread, but because of the texture (smooth, yet firm), it has been best served as sliced cheese. It can also be used as a spread, but the texture spreads more like that of butter straight out of the fridge.

What kind of Enzyme is used? Animal or vegetable?

Just says milk, salt and bacterial culture then enzyme.

Xpensive taste of home

It definitely hits the spot for a taste of Jamaican cheese but is very overpriced. I give it 5 stars just because it’ll help Jamaican or those looking for Jamaican cheese find something authentic. Wish it cost less though.
