Very good product. I had purchased this item and putting review after using it for more than couple of months and i can say it works very nicely. Very good at this price point and very sturdy and heavy material.

Decent purchase for security
Best quality product in this price range. Value for money. 2 keys provided with this. Locking system is good and feels secured. Locking reset is also very easy to understand. Stainless steel with durable design. Keys have nice feedback with proper wrong password detection and blinking with red light. Overall good product for your home in this price range.

Terrible Product
Terrible product. Do not buy it. Its not worth even one quarter star. Unfortunately, I realised the problems only after installing (grouted to the wall). Therefore, unable to return it to Amazon. Following are the issues: 1. Paint peeling in many places. 2. The electronic lock section (where the battery is inserted) itself came out of the safe while inserting batteries! 3. The electronic lock does not work! Keep getting red beeps, when I tried to set password. 4. The safe is not solid metal box. It's metal sheets welded together! One can see gaps between the sheets, since the welding is not even. This product is surely giving a terrible reputation to Amazon Basics! Would strongly recommend Amazon to discontinue this "cheap" Chinese product

Good until it works well Once you get any issue, Amazon will not provide technical persons for help Local technicians cannot open the safe, and Amazon basis will not provide technical support
