Sitting on a rock
This chair looks good in pictures but unfortunately, we bought it online without sitting on it and that was the biggest mistake. This chair is HARD AS A ROCK. I am not making this up when I say that this is like sitting on a rock chair and you can not sit for more than a few minutes before your back starts hurging. I am not sure what kind of filling is inside the chair but it literally has zero cushioning. Buy at your own risk

The product has design related defects.
The product looks very good but has mechanical manufacturing defects in the way the legs of the chair supports it. Ordered it twice and both the times, one of its legs is damaged. Most probably, it's not manufactured properly.

The legs are not all the same size. Hence when fixed, it's wobbly. Customer service slow and unresponsive. Ordered directly from the urban ladder
