Use this little mug every day. Ditched the silicone thingy and use my own holder so my hands don’t burn. Don’t microwave the holder just the mug. I don’t put the lid in either. I microwave mine 40 seconds max I don’t need longer to heat up.

I bought this mug six years ago and have used it pretty consistently since then. It still looks perfect. And I get happy when I use it. I see an lot of complaints on here about heat retention. This is not an insulated mug. It's just a cute ceramic coffee mug with a silicone cover that makes it easy to hold. This company does have heat-trapping tumblers, but these are just mugs. As it says in the description. So it seems silly to complain about something not being an entirely different product.

mug arrives this morning broken.i have purchased this mug already three times. breaks easily. why am i constantly buying it? i like the design but it’s a piece of crap. this is my last time buying it.now i’m on the phone with customer service and they’re telling me that in order to get a replacement, i need to take the cracked mug (which i’ve photographed) to a return center??? how does this make any sense? a product is delivered broken and now i have to coordinate the return? no amazon!! send a delivery driver to pick up ytje broken crap you sent me. after asking for a supervisor, i was given an exception. an exception for what!! i have photo that it’s cracked. so now it’s a favor that i dont need to waste my time going to a distribution center???? complete and utter disappointment. i’m taking even more time writing this review so you don’t have to waste your time buying this crap.

As others stated, the top leaks and it does not keep your drink hot. If, however, you are just looking for a better non toxic way to drink your coffee at work, this is it. It works exactly like a cheap disposable coffee cup but without all the microplastics. The top will leak and it will be hot in your hand and your coffee will not stay hot any longer.But I was looking to reduce microplastics and this works great for me!

I read a lot of reviews of what this mug was and was not, so that's the basis of the review. I knew it was not an insulating mug. I knew it wasn't leak proof. I knew that the silicone was removable and somewhat prone to holding water if not carefully dried. That's all fine.Every morning I make a warm matcha latte. I don't need to throw it in my bag or keep it warm throughout the day. I just need a mug I can cover with a lid, if needed, to take with me on the go. I don't need it to stay warm all day, I drink it before it even has a chance to get cool. I like the warm feeling of the mug on my hands. I love the ceramic. It has some weight, but my drink tastes delicious. I'm happy with this mug and will buy a few more.Oh, and even though my matcha latte is only about 8-10oz, I prefer the 16oz to the 12oz since I foam my milk. Less chance of spillover.

Purchased because it looked cute and seemed like it would be good to have. Item appeared fine when removed from packaging. This morning, noticed crack on the exterior but it did not appear along the inside. Crack is on the inside of the cup as well, causing my coffee to leak out and appear along the rim of the silicone portion. The lid holds well and the design is nice, but it doesn't hold much warmth, taste is good and functions well. Unfortunately I'd return it if I could because it arrived damaged.

The cup dribbles when pouring. Would not buy again.

Got this to use with the coffee/tea machine at my office that only works with shorter mugs because we are encouraged to use mugs with a lid and I did not want to use a disposable mug every day. I have been very happy with this product. It holds 9 ounces of tea, keeps it warm for several hours while also insulating to protect my hands from the heat, and prevents splashes when I walk. It's also dishwasher safe. I also like the subtle design which is appropriate for the office, but has a little bit of character.
