Gem Tree Sculptures: A Guide to Creating Your Own Gem Tree Paperback – November 16, 2009

I purchased this book several years ago, when I first found out about gem trees. The directions are easy to follow and the results are charmingly beautiful. I have made gem trees for the past few years and have had nothing but compliments and praise for my creations. I've done well in local craft fairs, as they are unique. I've used Dana's basic techniques and embellished on a few of them to make some beautiful gifts and keepsakes for my friends and family. Thank you Dana for your inspiration and guidance.

Very disappointed. Most of the instructional photos too small and too dark to be helpful. Will probably return.

easy instructions that are easy to read for the inexperienced and the experienced alike. This book offers several types of trees to be made with or without beads, its a great book for started your sculpting with wire or just to get new ideas of your own to create a one of a kind tree.

Easy to read, easy to understand, and foremost easy to duplicate the projects! The examples and diagrams are clear, a great buy for some one to begin a new project.

If you enjoy making gem trees, you will love this book! It has lots of information and pictures and is easy to follow.

Detailed instructions, on the whole,excellent! My only gripe is that the photographs are in black & white so I found it not so easy to see detail. However, the cost of the book would be much more if it had colour. Don't let this put you off buying it.
