The flavor was great! these noodles get a thumbs up. I initially purchased them because they have a lower glycemic index . I have a problem digesting wheat. the taste was great compared to the expensive Italian pasta, however , the glycemic index was still a bit high for me , If you donot have a problem digesting wheat and want to lower your glycemic index . I would definitely recommend this product.

I usually purchase Biona spelt pasta, and I like most of it but I didn't care for their spelt noodles. These were delicious! I don't have celiac, but I am sensitive to gluten. I was able to tolerate these noodles well and I enjoyed them a lot!

Texture is a great addition to my alkaline pastas. It also holds up well with my homemade sauces.

These noodles are thinner than what is available in my local grocery store, which pleases me greatly. I don't like thick noodles. These are not paper thin but they are more delicate than wide egg noodles from the grocery store. They take about 10-12 minutes to cook, depending on how al dente you like (or don't like) them.And the taste is very good.

Need spelt? These noodles (fettuccine) taste and cook up like my grandmother's hand made. You may find you like to cook them a little longer. They stand up to that, as well as to being used in big casseroles that get reheated a few times. Delicious and full of character all the way!

This was the best tasting spelt pasta I ever had. It tasted like it was freshly made on a pasta machine, instead of as though it came from a box at the grocery store. Really delicious!!

Of all the spelt pastas I have tried, and I have tried many, this is far and away the best. It is delicious and has a great texture. Unlike other brands that go from undercooked to mush in no time, Agrozimi easily cooks to perfection every time. Well worth the price.

The whole reason I bought this was because I thought spelt pasta was supposed to be better for you. However, when you get the package and look on the back of the package at the nutrition information you’ll see there is no difference in this pasta than any other pasta, except that regular pasta has 2 g of fiber and this has 4 g of fiber per 2 ounces. Other than those piddly 2 g of fiber difference, everything else is exactly the same. Although the ingredient list is different than regular pasta, it can’t be trusted. All it says on the package is spelt and water, and that it contains wheat. But again, on the product page it does not say that it contains wheat. So what else are they leaving out and not telling us. With the fiber percentage, the protein percentage, and the calories percentage, pretty much the same. I don’t see how this is better than any other pasta, I was trying to look for a carb pasta replacement and although this product does taste good it’s not what everyone thinks it is. It taste good because it’s pretty much the exact same as all other pastas. I only bought this product after I looked at the ingredients on Amazon. I did check it first but I was duped. I want my money back. I’m leaving this with two stars because it does still taste good otherwise I would leave it with one star simply for the fall advertisement.
