Cotswold Maizebite Flour 1.5kg

Bought originally from Aldi but couldn't get it again so ordered from Amazon. Although more expensive because of the postage charges I would use this again. The flour makes lovely light crumbly pastry and has a gorgeous golden colour when cooked even though it's white to begin with. Used it first for mince pies at Christmas and they were great success. Will continue to use this flour for baking in future.

Best flour for making crumbles. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent flour for pastry. Beautiful crisp results and lovely colour. This is a mix of wheat and maize flour.
