**Q: How many strips in the pack?**
A: There is one strip in the single pack. We have a 5 pack available elsewhere here if you need more. The strips are big enough to cut in half if you want to get dbl the tests.

**Q: Does this work if the semen is a few days old?**
A: Yes i tested on aprox 2 weeks old and tested positive

**Q: so the instructions say bright purple.. any variation of purple? violet?**
A: The color should be deep and fast. You can cut the test strip into 3 parts and do a practice test on one of the parts using a known positive sample. Then you can see for yourself the color. Again it should be deep purple and not pink and it should be fast, in 15 seconds.

**Q: How old can stain be**
A: The stain can be several years old if not degraded by heat or environment. Acid phosphatase, is the enzyme the test looks for and that does degrade over time due to heat, etc.
