Sour only at the beginning then just dull almost like a stale taste. I remember these as a kid being sour throughout and tasty. Now, literally, just sour at the beginning and that is it after a few seconds. And the rest of the taste is awful.

The bag must either be old or spent too much time in a warm area. The candy is sticky and seems to be melted. The candy sticks to the packaging.

These did not taste sour or tart. They tasted bitter. Would only recommend to someone looking for a bitter candy.

I ordered these because I was told they were sour. They are until you get past the coating. All sweet from there. Just not what I was looking for.

The Candy was left out in the heat. The candy melted in the wrapper causing a sticky mess to open.

These pastilles are coated with a transparent layer of extremely, unpleasantly sour substance. When that is gone, which happens quickly, the bulk of the pastille has very little sour or fruit flavor. Perhaps someone will like these, but I believe most people will not. I certainly didn't, and decided to discard the bulk of them.They are individually wrapped in plastic, a wasteful and annoying feature. The wrapper sticks very tightly to the pastille, and is often difficult to remove.There are far better, and actually less expensive products of this kind available on Amazon, from european manufacturers. Choose one of these.

OMG! Had I not been so desperate to find something to give my hard-to-buy-for daughter for Christmas, I would NEVER have paid $12 + tax for a mere 200 gr of candy. I have no idea how the manufacturer/seller can possibly justify this outrageous price for what boils down to a $3 bag of gross hard candies, dusted with malic acid. I'm sure the seller is a very nice person and the delivery was literally overnight, but the price will prevent me from ever buying these again.... however I would not hesitate to buy from the seller.

The issue with this product is not the candy itself, which is as advertised, but the fact that about 1/3 of them appear to have issues where the interior plastic coating of the candy wrapper has fused to the candy itself. Even after carefully removing that plastic, I've had at least a couple of instances now where I felt some plastic in my mouth, which is not pleasant. Attempting to remove any of the fused plastic is a bit futile, so I end up having to immediately throw out any unit where the plastic wrapper appears to be stuck.

Candies had melted and re-hardened, and encapsulated parts of the plastic wrappers. Very disappointed. Every one has little plastic bits in it that I can't remove without making a huge mess. I want my money back.

The wrappers were stuck to the candies. You couldn't get it off. Had to throw them out. They appeared to have melted and rear-ended again. Not satisfied. Waste of money.
