VigoFoods Cilantro Lime Rice, 8 oz

Great little product, as are the other rice combos. This dish is great with Mexican and Thai food, as well as American dishes. Have yet to try it with Creole, but I'm betting it goes well with that too.

I received this product yesterday, it expires in a month and a half. Opened it up to pour in my container and all of the seasoning was clumped into large marble sized balls. Lots of money to pay for an item that’s pretty much expired. Not happy.

2 cups of water and 7 minutes in the pressure cooker and it’s done! Add some skewered chili lime chicken and veggies to complete a great meal! My son would eat it everyday if he could.
