Why are they labeled as Keto when they have non Keto ingredients? (Corn fiber and inulin)

How long do they last after baking? Should they be refrigerated to last longer?

We feel they taste best refrigerated, if kept this way, they will last 5-7 days. If stored in a tightly sealed container, they will last indefinitely.

What is the size of a brownie. Directions say use an 8 x 8 pan and you get 16 servings those are very tiny brownies ?

“One brownie” is just under 40 grams, the FDA required serving size for a brownie on a food label (RACC). In an 8x8 pan, these would be 2”x2” and quite thick. They’ll feel larger in a 9x9 or 10x10 pan (reduce cooking time slightly if you use a larger pan)
