I was amazed to discover that post lamination (with laser print) it is completely waterproof (water proof paper) Can be used on sticker papers, it stands out on any background. (The last method doesn’t even require heat to transfer the foil...just burnish with your bone folder!) In the photo with the “thanks”, I applied the foil using two different methods. For the line of flowers, I created a stencil and spread on a layer of Deco Foil Transfer Gel and allowed it to dry. Once dry, I placed the foil sheet, pretty side facing up, on top of the Cardstock with the gel flowers and fed it through my mini MINC (I usually use parchment paper for the carrier). I then used the same die I used to create my stencil, to create a top panel with openings for the foiled flowers. For the die cut “thanks”, I cut out “thanks” 4 times (for dimension)...and stacked each on top of the other with glue. For the last “thanks”, before I die cut it, I placed a double-sided adhesive sheet over the front of my piece of cardstock. Once the release paper was removed, I placed a foil sheet (pretty side up) onto the sticky Cardstock and burnished with my bone folder. Then, I cut out the 4th “thanks” from the foiled Cardstock, adhered it to the top of the other “thanks” cuts, then adhered the whole sentiment to the card. One thing to note: this foil is “Toner Reactive” Foil... not “Heat Reactive” Foil. Yes, when using toner, you also need heat, but the heat is to activate the toner. This is not the foil you need if you are trying to use foil with a heat system alone, like the Press and Go or glimmer foil machine or even the WRMK Foil Quill with your Cricut/Brother Scan & Cut/Silhouette machines. So basically, you MUST have either toner or adhesive for this foil...not ONLY heat. I hope this helps.
