Q: Would you be able to use this for food grade applications? Im thinking of a cooling loop for beer.

Copper has better thermo properties. I’ve used coiled lines for the operation but ran ice water through it in a loop:easy to clean the outside of the line and easy to keep your beer from getting contaminated. Copper would be ideal though.

Q: Is it annealed stainless?

I would have to say it is annealed judging from the good workability during bending and inverted flaring.

Q: Is this suitable for nitrous hard lining?

Yes it will be fine due to the working pressure is 3k psi and your nitrous pressure should be around 800-1k.
