Love it so far. Easy to assemble. Quiet, powerful, can’t even tell when it’s rising and lowering so smooth. Controls not totally intuitive but not that difficult either, good to look at manual.

Overall, the machine is great. However, I am only giving it 3 stars because of the mess I had to deal with in ordering this product. This is a very expensive treadmill and worth it, but I received my treadmill without a console. I contacted life fitness because it seemed like it was a mishap, but then I read another review that there’s came without a console as well. Life fitness was no help and blamed it on Amazon. I ended up getting a partial refund from Amazon and I had to buy the console. So beware. You might get a machine without a console even tho the product states that it comes with it. I bought mine at the end of January 2023. The product is great and easy to put together once you have everything you need.

It did not have the top piece for it to work. Had to ship back.

I absolutely love this treadmill!! I have had it for a little over a year, and it still seems brand new! I am a distance runner and use my treadmill daily and have never had any issues with this model. I have also found myself to obtain fewer injuries since my purchase and use of this treadmill.

I was replacing a 10 year old TRUE and wanted something a little less expensive and this treadmill surpassed my expectations. Feels great across all speeds. The only reason knocked off a star is because the way it is packed the plastic cover is prone to cracking during shipping if the shipper puts weight on the front of the package. I had to return one for a replacement and the second came with a hairline crack in the cover. Didn't effect the machine performance so I kept it. Update 2023 - I've put over 3000 miles on it and still runs like new. Great no frills treadmill. Would buy again. Only two things I don't like... 1. it is has an auto shut off at 99 minutes so you have to stop and start when doing long marathon training runs. 2. Static shocks from your fingers when pressing the buttons can cause the treadmill to speed up, raise the incline, or reboot. Easy fix is to touch the hr sensor to disapate the shock before pressing a button.

Loved this treadmill from day one. Features and user experience is wonderful. The love faded a week after purchase when the treadmill panel shocked me with a static charge and the speed jumped to twice the current speed. Solved the problem by setting up profiles with maximum speed. Worked fine for a year, despite continued static shocks. After a year, the static shocking got worse and the machine started shutting down mid-workout with various errors. Working with the local retailer, virtually every internal part was replaced under warranty, yet the problem got worse. With no parts to replace, support began to blame the problem on external things … the home electrical circuit (code compliant/inspected and worked fine with our previous treadmill and a newer one), the mat underneath, the clothes we were wearing, shoes, etc. Thus, we began a lengthy battle with customer support. They had no other solutions and we had a broken treadmill that would shut down every few days. Their support department rarely responded to my emails. Phone calls were more productive, but they always had to contact someone else for an answer that never came. They were always courteous and professional, but failed to provide a solution. After three months and 30-40 emails and phone calls, we got approval for a replacement machine. My excitement was short lived. The delivery date for the replacement was over three months out, due to covid. Actually, I suspect a support replacement was at the bottom of the list for shipment, with income producing deliveries top priority. Replacement finally arrived five months later, after we became fed up and purchased another brand. One expects more when paying a premium for a high quality product. I also own a Life Fitness recumbent bike that has been wonderful for fifteen years. But after this experience, we will only go with a higher quality product/brand on any exercise purchase.
