What's the difference between this and the red bottle?

The green can's "ABOUT THIS ITEM" description is for a cleaner not a protector. Something is amiss. I've only purchased Battery Terminal Protector in a Red can.

It does not conduct electricity

Yes, I spray it on the terminals once connected. I also spray it on every three months for added protection. It works great. I use it on my golf cart, and car battery.

When it's time to reapply - how hard is it to clean off?

I read the every three months. I have had it on several months, and it still looks as good as the day I put it on. I have not tried to clean it off, as it looks like the day that I put it on. Frank K.
