This is a great lube, a day after play and it's still semi gliding you along.

I love the original Gun Oil lubricant. It is silky smooth and doesn't require a lot of re-applying. I chose the Force Recon to try a hybrid product. I don't normally like water based lubes as they dry out really fast, but I thought the silicone in the FR would counter that. It doesn't. While it may not require AS MUCH reapplication, it requires more than I think should be necessary. Not sure how long the tube will last. I also use the Gun Oil Stroke 29 cream, which is really good (once it gets warmed up). The Force Recon? Wouldn't recommend.

I've used Gun Oil Silicone Lubricant for years, but lately it seems difficult to find in stock. I saw this "Hybrid" version offered by Gun Oil that was in stock and figured I'd give it a try. What a mistake--its nothing like the original Gun Oil Silicone Lubricant. First of all, its very thick and viscous--think "cheap hair gel". It doesn't drop on like Gun Oil Silicone Lubricant, rather, you have to squeeze it on like toothpaste. From there, you have to manually spread it on--but as you do it just doesn't feel very "lubey". The whole purpose of lube is to minimize friction and maximize pleasure--but this stuff fails at both. Thirty seconds after I applied it for the first time, I felt like I needy to apply more. It felt like it was getting sticky. But applying more did no good--it just made it feel like more buildup of the same ineffective product. And if all this isn't enough, it has a real nasty taste. The original Gun Oil Silicone Lubricant is flavorless, so if you should partake in any oral activity where lube has been applied--no problem, there's no taste to it. Not so with this hybrid crap. You definitely don't want to be tasting it at all. A complete waste of money.

Lasts long time and stays silky

Great product for home or travel! Does the job well and is priced reasonably. A little goes a long way

1) esthetically pleasing bottle2) lube us very thick, dries quickly, and (for me, a woman) something happens about 2 min in where it turns into a soft white solid which really irritates me physically (and mentally haha!)3) having to reapply more every few minutes really kills the mood, and it also creates more solid bits and irritation.4) I have also found myself feeling irritation after use for a day or two if I use this product. I dont recommend it and I'll be on the hunt for one that will actually work well
