It takes a little bit of time and patience to adjust the phone camera lens to be in line with the telescope's eyepiece and adjusting the focus of the eyepiece turns the phone at the same time so that should be done before attaching the phone.The results speak for themselves, it works great and I can finally take still photos of the night sky.

This little until is easy to configure and is highly adjustable so I can see it accommodatibg even the largest of smartphones. For my part I used with a Google pixel 7 and an iPhone x to great effect.I only have a little portable hobby telescope, but even that was able to get some photos of planets and the moon.It takes a little tweaking to get the phone camera lense to line up with the telescope but once done you can tighten the screws to hold it all firmly in place.Definitely good value for money over flimier looking alternatives I have seen.

Good points:Simple design compatible with almost any scope and phone.Main frame is metal and solid.Quite steady.Takes decent photos. (See below, I was really pleased).Phone clamp has foam cushioning and holds phone well.Same brand as my binoculars.Bad points:The big issue for me is that the natural place for it to clamp my iPhone, (both a 12 and a 16), in a vertical position (as per instructions) is where the power button/volume controls are. So I have to clamp to one eyepiece and photograph through the other. Less steady and safe.Phone clamp is only plastic and cracked when I dropped it-it did glue very neatly though, and I’ve had no more problems.Very fiddly to set up just right, but quite steady when set.Quite big with all the screws and clamps poking out.

This item would not fit on my scope lens. So I put some foam pieces to help with a good fit. Even so it would not stay on the lens. When I put the camera on the weight of the camera meant I could not get the scope lens and the camera lens to align. So, in summary a complete waste of money and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this item.

Sturdy and well built. Not too warm tho. It might be because it is not a heater hmmm

I'm now able to mount my phone to my microscope thanks to this tool. Nice and simple bracket.

Tricky to place on my phone on. One you get it, the phone stays in place. I attached my first picture taken on the phone using this attachment with my telescope.

I was afraid this would not work well with my iphone 13 pro max but since im on a budget I decided id get this based on the high ranking reviews and low cost, then return it if it didn’t work out.Well it worked out!! Much better than i expected.If you’re in the same situation with the same phone you’ll want to mount the eyepiece centered on the lower left lens, which is the “pro” lens. Then i suggest using an app specifically for astrophotography so you can make manual adjustments as necessary to the iso, exposure and focus. I suggest using the astrophotography tab within the “night sky” ios app. I was photographing through my 6mm eyepiece in no time. Super simple to change lenses while keeping the mount attached to the phone.Besides astrophotography this attachment makes for a great “screen” for your telescope for group viewing or to avoid back/neck strain from hunching over to peer into an eyepiece! I wasnt expecting it to work nearly this well!!!I am delighted with this mount!! Looking forward to spending many long nights with this.
