Effective replacement for gluten flour
I used this in a very traditional fruit cake recipe, together with some almond flour. It worked very well, producing a moist, well structured gluten free cake. Don't forget to use gluten free baking powder! Will use this flour again. It's expensive but it allows you to include your gluten sensitive friends.

Product very good but was disappointed in the expiry date they sent, it was very short.

Replaces flour 1-to-1 in recipes successfully
I've used this to replace flour in regular recipes and it works perfectly. It's been a saviour at a time of gut trouble when I wasn't able to handle gluten. I've seen homemade mixes of several different things that you then use to replace flour, but I couldn't be bothered with this. I was hoping I could just use this as if it was flour and I have with each of four cake recipes coming out great.

Overpriced
Used this flour for making my first sourdough as it was the flour used in the recipe. It is a mix of gluten free flours and additives and worked well enough for the bread. But it is extremely expensive for what it is, presumably because it is an American brand and is therefore imported. I would not buy it again due to the high cost.

An expensive luxury
Expensive , Unable to assess as a sole product as always used with others due to its cost.
