I added Tucks Medicated Cooling Pads to my postpartum/hospital bag essentials, and they have been a must-have. They provide such a soothing, cooling feeling, especially when you’re dealing with soreness and discomfort. The witch hazel really helps calm everything down and gives quick relief, which I wasn’t expecting to appreciate as much as I do. They’re super easy to use and gentle on sensitive skin, and I like that they can be used for multiple purposes—not just one specific need. I’ve even heard of people keeping them in the fridge for extra cooling, which I definitely recommend trying! The only small downside is that you go through them pretty quickly, especially if you’re using them consistently, so having an extra pack on hand is a good idea. I got some frida mom liners and this tucks and have to say ... yea tucks maybe small and round and sometimes little hard to separate them wet but it’s not a big deal at all... tucks works better than frida mom 100%.. frida will give you some coolness which will last few minute which is pretty nice too .. but they won’t help with hemorrhoids like tucks do and 1st liner always dries out in a package .. tucks won’t.
