I recently purchased the Coldest Knee Ice Pack Wrap, and I cannot express how impressed I am with its performance. This product has truly made a significant difference in my recovery process after a knee injury. The versatility of being able to use it for both hot and cold therapy is a major plus. Had 2 surgeries over the past 10 years on the same knee. With daily wear and tear, age, inflammation, arthritis etc. My knee tends to flare up at any given time. I have tried different types of ice/gel packs, wraps, sleeves even a zip lock bag with ice cubes strapped around my knee. Laid up being unproductive & very irritated dealing with all the old & new crappy Ice packs I already had I decided I had to find something that was comfortable, stayed in place, and actually put out the cold. Well..... I did! This is the product for me and I'm sure if you tried it, it would be product for you! The coldness is good and stays cold for a bit. Love the fact that it has mesh pouch that you slide the cold pack into. That way to don't have to put the whole item in the freezer, just the ice gel pouch. Easy to wrap it around your knee. Velcro is good quality and wide. Plus you can get up and walk if need be without without it sliding down around your ankle or simply falling off and having to start all over. I am VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed. UPDATE... been using this product for three days. I feel the coldness lasts a good 30-45 minutes and it's super cold. It freezes back up fast so you don't have to wait hours to reuse. "That's what happens when you use an old one that you have had laying around forever".

Quality of the brace is good. The gel pad lasts about 30 min before needing to be placed in the freezer again. Bought the brace for my husband who had significant swelling, heat, tenderness and pain to the patellar region and below patella region. The size of the brace fit him well and the brace held the gel pack well. The distribution of ice to the knee is good. Took a star away because the other reviews say the ice pack lasts for a long time. Ours only lasted about 30 min

In addition to keeping the ice pack in place, the wrap was adjustable and provided great support to the knee.

I have tried a few and this one is PERFECT. It stays cold for like 30 min and very easy to put on. It is worth every penny. Sturdy too. You can also leave it on as a brace after the cold goes away. I put it in the freezer for about 30 min to 1 hour.

When I first got these, I was thrilled. However, after purchasing other ice wraps for ankles and back from other manufacturers, I am less thrilled. Couple issues: first, as I use all of the packs while I write this, these knee pack wraps are a distant last in terms of coldness. Both my ankle wraps and back wrap are currently much colder. Second, the velcro is inferior and pops off if you move or flex in the slightest. The other brands solve this issue by making their velcro stronger and the velcro ties much longer. E.g. for the ankles, which are prone to flexing, obviously, the straps wrap around the leg twice and this keeps them securely in place. These knee wraps do NOT do this. If they did, the problem would be solved. So overall, these work just okay. I can ice my knees but I wish they were colder and held better.

Most of the product’s deficiencies are well documented in the negative reviews. I am afraid that these customers are correct. I myself have experienced very short “cold” retention. The outer construction appears to be well assembled. The gel pack and the webbing that locates the gel pack are of lesser quality. The gel pack is rather thin-walled and the pack thickness is also thin. I do not believe that this quantity of gel has adequate heat capacity to meet most customer’s expectations. It takes an hour to cool down the gel pack and it remains effectively cool for about 15 minutes after placement. The bands that are supposed to hold the brace and gel pack in place are terribly short. This was mentioned in several reviews. Different sizes would be one solution. The Amazon description page states that this device is useful for hot and cold applications. This seems to be untrue. The claim is also made that this device can deliver cool all the way around the knee joint. Again, untrue. Lastly, my package had no instruction manual. I realize that it is only a knee brace with a gel pack but, tips on gel pack placement, safety tips, optimization tips, if replacement gel packs can be purchased. I must give credit the the marketing team. They sure laid out a nice page with convincing pictures and text. My bad though. It was an impulse purchase. Had I read the reviews, I would not have purchased this product due to the the nature of some of the prior reviews. Caveat Emptor!

Great value for money, reusable ice pack!

The compression bandage is really easy to use and stays in place well. The swelling and pain is reduced and my knees definitely feel much better the next day. I do 15 minutes on each knee and it stays cold enough for both.

This product has immensely helped with my recovery at home. It settled my swollen knee while I slept and didn’t wake me up at all
