Is this a pregnancy pillow?

No. As the title says, it is for people who have had a vitrectomy, an eye operation that requires the patient to have to keep his/her head looking down, even when sleeping. Someone that is pregnant would probably not be comfortable, or safe, with this contraption as it does not allow for a bump.
