A must have for your little goalie
My 4 year old has been asking for goalie gear forever! We obviously do not want to spend 1k on gear for at home play. These are perfect! They are lightweight, flexible, easy to put on and take off, and you get the loom and feel of being a real goalie without the price tag. It also would be an awesome Halloween costume.

This is not real goalie gear it is child's play time stuff.
To start off, this is more or less dress up stuff. Letting kids imagination run wild being their favorite goalie. It can stop a foam ball or foam puck but is not intended as safety equipment.I got this for our friends and families kids that come over, they all love it! It also fits on a stormtrooper plush I have.Just good wholesome fun

Good for little kids playing street hockey
The pads aren't that thick and the mask is plastic but for what I paid it was a great deal. The one I got is not the same color as the photo but my kids don't mind. My five year old loves that he looks like a "real hockey player" because they have the NHL logo on them and it fits both my 5 and 8 years old well. These aren't going to protect you against a real puck or a hard shot by an adult but it will be fine for street hockey balls and will protect his knees from the concrete. If you can grab one of the Warehouse Deals, do it.

Great for dress up or pretend play
Both of my sons (6 & 9) have one of these sets. They love them. They play hockey in the driveway all the time and love to wear this equipment when they are being goalie. The equipment does not seem like it is very durable and is definitely not for actual playing, but for the playing that my kids do in our yard, it works fine and they have used it quite a bit and it is still holding up. None of it has broken yet. For the price and what my kids like it for, it was a great purchase! If you are looking for something that will actually provide a lot of protection, this is probably not it.

Do not buy zero stars
I thought this was a great gift for a 4 yr old who likes hockey. Everything about this set is cheap - pads are paper thin and this is not goalie pads it’s knee pads on a 4 yr old, glove is a joke you can’t even call it a glove, face mask is plastic and thin, nothing is real it’s a cheap Halloween custome don’t be fooled.

Probably not worth ~$35
I bought this goalie kit for our garage knee hockey. My expectations weren't very high, given the aesthetics, and quite honestly, I don't love the product, but I also don't hate it.My three gripes, if I can call them gripes, is 1) the mitt is open at the tip. Because the mitt (and the blocker) don't fit tightly, your hand could eventually become exposed during the course of play. We got around this by fastening both in place with a strap.Gripe #2 is the goalie mask. Looks great! My nephew LOVED the mask, because you feel like a real goalie (we were using an old baseball catcher's mask before). The gripe is the straps on the mask don't go all the way around the head, it sort of sits on the crown of his head (not as bad as when I put it on, but it was never made for an adult to begin with). The mask only came off a few times, but a longer middle strap would alleviate this, I'm assuming. Again, not a deal breaker.Gripe #3 is how small the pads are relative to the other equipment. I can put the glove on and it's not terribly small; same with the blocker and the mask. They're too small for me, obviously, but not terrible. The goalie pads? They looked like soccer shin guards on my 10 yr old nephew and almost like knee pads on me. Again, not a deal breaker because the picture shows this for the most part, but 2-3" of length would be awesome. I don't even care they're flimsy, they're just simply not long enough. For what it's worth: we actually used these as the "arm pads" since we were playing knee hockey anyway.Long story short: worked just fine for us playing garage knee hockey since the ball isn't coming in that fast to begin with. All in all, though, the $35 price tag is a smidge high. I would like to see this kit sold for around $20-25.

Too small
"The item was small and not very durable, so I wouldn’t repurchase it. However, it might be suitable for a toddler."
