Works better than a bandanna
Works like it says keeps the sweat out of your eyes not too tight. Good quality works well 95° out today with heat index of 105° been sweating for the last seven hours wearing it. It’s doing its job the color of them. it’s pretty neat if you get different colors, I like the red Paisley one.

No more sweat in my eyes!
Favorite headband for running so far. I have tried Sweaty Band, Bondi Band, and although they soak up some sweat, once they are saturated in a short time, sweat starts running down my face into my eyes. Sweat and sunscreen burning your eyes while running is not fun. I have worn this band for 2 runs and it worked perfectly. I have a small head and I was worried because this band looked small. It was the perfect size. I run in 90 degree, 90% humidity weather. This band absorbed so much sweat. It didn't slip, and it kept the sweat out of my eyes. I just ordered 2 more!

Thin But Mighty
If you get these headbands out of the package, you’re going to think that they’re too thin to get the job done. I know I did. I have been using somewhat thicker ones that are made out of a similar material, and they get saturated and allow sweat to start dripping in my eyes if I don’t wring them out during long rides. These, however, have done as advertised. I’ve been on some sweat-inducing rides, and so far they are very good at channeling the sweat out of my eyes. Being light weight, they also allow my helmet to fit comfortably. They dry quickly after the ride, too.

Works Well in Most Cases but OK in my Situation
These bands may do well as advertised, but I need an "industrial" model for my situation. I live in the deep South, where it's either 85 degrees and 90 percent humidity or 90 degrees and 85 percent humidity. Drinking one to two gallons of water over the course of five hours is common for me. Maybe my situation is unique, but here are my opinions. The Halo's "sweat seal" is too short, allowing sweat to run into my eyes from the sides. The small 1/8 inch piece of material below the seal quickly becomes saturated, also allowing sweat into my eyes.Despite the shortcomings, the Halo band is the best solution I've found for keeping my eyes free from sweat.I would like to see a model that has a longer "sweat seal" to move sweat further away from my eyes and the seal closer to the bottom of the band.

I use it when mountain biking in Florida and it works!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ride mountain bikes in Florida, which means I’m usually soaked in sweat before I even hit the trail. The Halo Headband II has become one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I used it.Before this, I’d constantly have sweat dripping into my eyes—burning, blurring, and making every root and rock way more dangerous than it needed to be.This headband doesn’t completely stop the sweat (nothing will in Florida), but the little rubber strip actually *does* redirect it away from my eyes. It’s weirdly effective. It’s lightweight, fits under my helmet without being annoying, and doesn’t stretch out after a few washes. I’ve tried cheaper ones, but they either slide around or just become a soggy mess. This one stays put and dries fast.Honestly, it’s not some game-changing piece of gear—but it makes my rides way more comfortable, which makes a big difference when I’m out in 95-degree heat trying not to get eaten alive by bugs.Worth it.Wicking ability:It dries quickComfort:I don't even realize Im wearing it

Doesn’t solve the problem but it helps
In the interest of fairness I updated this review from 2 to 3 stars after a few weeks use. It definitely helps keep sweat out of my eyes but once it gets saturated it doesn’t do much to divert the sweat. I have found that I can renew its performance during use by removing it, wrapping it in a dry bandanna and wringing it out several times. Overall I am a little bit disappointed with the performance of this item but given the amount of sweat I can produce it’s probably not reasonable to expect it to perform miracles. It’s definitely better than nothing and probably worth the small amount of money it costs.

It fulfills its function
It feels very good quality, it's small and not uncomfortable. I've used it for about three hours straight during intense exercise and no sweat has gotten into my eyes, so it does its job. It's not uncomfortable when wearing a cycling helmet. I recommend it.
