Exactly as described. This is out second time purchasing and we are very pleased with the product.

Don't waste your money. Should've read the reviews before I ordered. Planted the seeds, watered twice a day. No seeds germinated. $25.00 lesson learned.

I purchased the seed and I've tried planting them three different times and NOTHING sprouted. The seeds are dead AND they came in a Chinese food eggroll wrapper paper, which I thought was very weird. I wish I could get my money back on this item.

Ordered cause I thought it was 1 / 8lb bag. Turns out it was 8oz bag! Telling me I cannot return either. Scam!

All I grew after preparing area was Bermuda . Area had 4 yards of yard dressing applied seeds with spreader watered and waited and Bermuda grew.

anyone attempting to sell you Emerald Zoysia seed is not a legitimate business. Run! run far and faster… now, about Emerald Zoysia… extremely fine blade…. stiff blades… feels like stepping on needles. if you want fine bladed grass, then get a bermuda… if you want a good warm season grass for southern lawn that is tough, can take some shade and traffic, then look at the other Zoysias… but avoid Emerald Zoysia.
