Jake & AmosSweet & Sour Chow Chow (16oz)

The brine on twas just his product OK. Nothing stand out or wonderful, actually bordering on bland. Also, some vegs were too underdone. They shouldn't be mushy, but should strike a happy medium. I've prepped and canned chow-chow many an end of garden season. This year I can't, so I opted foe this. I won't make the same mistake twice. I will NOT but it again.
