Good all around
These are great. They fit TTS, I was worried they would be small so I sized up a size. The padding works well, and the quality is great for a great price. Highly recommend for your kids who like to twirl around the house

Perfect for pointe class beginners
I have been dancing ballet since a kid, but never moved on to take pointe. As an adult I decided to take beginner pointe classes as a new hobby, and these DayDance shoes have been the best out of all brands on Amazon that I tried. I have narrow feet and longer toes than average, and this box was taller in comparison, so it fit my foot perfectly after breaking them in. In heels I’m a 6.5 womens, in sneakers I’m a 4.5/5 in kids, the size 39W in these pointe shoes fit me perfectly- I just had to pull and tie the strings really tight to fit the heel exactly and securely. The ribbons were placed a little too far back, but I’m too lazy to move them. I may sew in elastic instead to reinforce my arch. The pink color is neutral and beautiful.

Works for my size 10 feet
The rubber really helps. I love them and I'm an adult beginner. No pain for me and I'm sensitive to that. I have strong feet so it's easy for me to stand on my toes in tennis shoes and Converse. Maybe a bit big if you have 9.5 feet but with that you can just stuff yourself with socks. Even with size 10 I can put on socks for the shoes.

These run big
For the price, these shoes are great. I'm a professional dancer and ordered a pair in black rather than dye a pair of my normal shoes. I figured for $25 if I didn't like the shoes I could still dye a pair of my normal shoes. I wear a street size 7 US and ordered a 5.5 big kid. They are still a little roomy but with criss-cross elastic and toe pads I think I can make these work. I actually feel very lifted in these shoes and there is very little break-in period. I'm not sure how long these are going to last though. I'm hoping they will make it through a couple of shows. Overall, these are worth a try. I think they are very easy to get on pointe in and completely over your box so maybe great for even beginning students.
