I have been using this RENPHO smart scale for a few months and it’s been a solid addition to my daily routine. It gives consistent weight readings and tracks BMI and other body composition stats when synced with the RENPHO app. The Bluetooth connection is very easy to set up, and the app makes it simple to see trends over time. While you need your phone to view all the detailed metrics, the scale itself is sleek, easy to use, and offers excellent value for the price. Very easy to setup and use. For the price, I'm surprised how many features there are as well as the simplicity to connect to the app. The app is quality as well -- for a free app, I'm surprised how many macros you can track. It reminds of what MyFitnessPal used to be like before they started charging an arm and a leg. Good app, great features, sturdy and well-functioning scale. At $20, you can't go wrong.

I’m loving my RENPHO Smart Scale with 4 electrodes. It’s more than just a number on the scale — it tracks body fat, visceral fat, muscle, water weight, BMI , BMR and helps me see real progress over time. The app is easy to use, syncs fast, and keeps me focused on trends, not perfection. Can since with Android or IPhones. Has a cool little app that will give you even a comparison of before, and after to see how things are changing . Sleek, accurate, and super motivating. And a great price. Highly recommend!

This is the second Renpho (basic) scale I’ve owned and I must say, it’s worth it! The scale is accurate when compared to the weight measured when at the doctors and at home, gives me the ability to track certain metrics I’m looking for to stay healthy. The only difference with the newer version is it is battery operated instead of chargeable. Not sure how I feel about that but at the same time, calculates the same! Will update if I notice anything off over time but for now - solid purchase and product. I only bought a second one because my ADHD got the best of me and I threw the first one out during a move / being overwhelmed with lack of time

So far it’s pretty good. I think the numbers are slightly off. For my spouse for example it said his body fat is only 11%. I can see he’s not. He is thin though, but I assure you he’s not 11%. We did measure his body fat by analog way and it seems to be more like 17%. So it was off for him. That being said I think he’s an odd one to measure. Plus I think he kept moving around and did not get a correct reading that’s even close. But me on the other hand it was off by 1 point. Which is pretty good. The weight is correct though, as I did check with 2 scales. It’s fun and it gives you an idea of how things are going. It says my visceral fat is low which I don’t believe that’s true I think I’m a little bit higher. I do work out and I believe my higher weight is from muscles, but I do believe it’s also from my peri menopause hormonal kind of fat :/. But I don’t think my muscle percentage is as high as it’s saying. I think that is pretty off. I have to be logical with myself, if I want to see some kind of results. Bottom line I’m skinny fat and this scale is not bad. Again it gives and idea, helps figure out what needs work. But take it with a grain and salt. I’ve tried others scales that measure fat % and they were overpriced and not good. Plus customer service was horrible! I think the only way to get a legit reading is if you go to one of those pros with that machine that can measure your entire body. But this is a inexpensive way to get an idea of where you are. My scale is solar and it seems to charge pretty fast and it seems the charge has been lasting. I only started using this recently though, but I’ve owned it for over a year. Shall see how much longer it will work but so far I’m liking it. Best

It is an outstanding scale. I purchased this one for my mom. I have had mine since April of 2024 and it is still working great. The app also helps track your weight and allows for additional profiles for users. I use this scale pretty frequently along with my dad.

First off I want to say that I am the buyer that does the research , watch TikTok’s reviews and look up the background before buying anything. This is a game changer to not only losing but gaining and maintaining weight . It’s small , slim and looks great with the quality. You can read the numbers easy and looks good. I also love the face that you can get the all free that not only tracks your weight and goals but your water intake calories everything. Most apps have you buy a subscription to do stuff like this but this company gives it all to you for just buying their scale I love it .
