Baby Doll Bedding Chevron Window Valance and Curtain Set, Grey

It took me FOREVER to find a gray zig zag valance with curtains for my small bathroom window (to match my shower curtain). I had to modify these curtains to make them fit my window correctly. I ended up cutting the curtains in half in order to be the correct length (see attached pic). The valance fit perfectly. The valance is a little thicker material than the curtains. The curtains are not totally black out, but the cover the window and you can't see through them, so they serve its purpose. The only thing I didn't like was that the tie backs for the curtains didn't have a loop to tie the curtains back for that, so I will have to modify the ties as well.

I thought the curtains would be darker grey closer to the chevron stripe color. I need shorter curtains for two small children and this was one of the only I could find the correct length. The sewing on one of the tie backs was sloppy with me going I could sew curtains like this.

Aesthetically very cute at initial glance- looks like picture, however my curtains are uneven in length, very thin and the chevron on the valance is crooked - very noticeable! Will keep since for nursery and will most likely update in a year or so, but take into consideration if you are bothered by noticeable imperfections.....

While I love the style of these curtains, they were not sewn straight. The lines bother me quite a bit on the valence and I will probably end up having a friend sew a new straight set but still very cute and made well.

Doesn't come with any bars or any kind of hooks for the part that holds the curtains back. You also have to have two separate bars for the curtains and the valance.

Very nice curtains.... but very very see through. I got them on sale so was still a good buy, but they are definitely not for you if you are looking to block any sun... at all

Colour is not as dark as shown in picture and material is stretched quite thin over a standard window. I ended up having to buy 2 sets to make it look more full and provide more sun blockage, but it is still much more transparent than shown.

So cute! I bought two sets as someone else suggested for better coverage and stitched the valances together for a bed skirt. My two year old calls his newly-decorated room his “awesome room” and I have to agree!

Unfortunately the curtain set that I received I had to send back as the print was extremely crooked. Great length and great quality of material just the stitching isn't very good

I will not recommend. I did not pay a lot so did not bother to return for refund
