While taking welding classes, I use these pliers every single day! They have a great grip and are very durable (as I have dropped them many times, lol!). These pliers are very easy to use and great for welding school!Cleaning is also very easy as I typically just take a cotton ball with alcohol and wipe!This product works very well and has already gotten me through one year of welding school!Highly recommend if you are wanting a more affordable pair of pliers that you are okay with beating up!

Excellent addition to kit.
Great pair for a welder, I bought to use with two new welders/welding cart. Works great! High quality. I expect it will last for years to come. Worth buying over a slightly cheaper more generic pair, IMO.Useful for light hammering and knocking slag, draws wire, cuts wire to length, cleans nozzle, removes/installs nozzle, grips and holds hot or small components.

Cheaper than Welpers
We use these in our weld shop, have bought several times and happy with purchase. They cost a lot less than welpers and do better than the ones we paid a lot more for.
