Found out that my OEM battery was bulging and that's not a good sign. I replaced it years ago with an OEM battery found on Amazon. I think it was around $50. In 2023, I found the OEM and it was around $100. I wasn't ready to spend that on an laptop that's around 10 years old so I order a third party one.The first brand was not good. Battery barely last 2 hours and it did not give accurate battery life. Returned that and got this GHU battery instead. Have been using it for about 2 months now and it's pretty good. I have not taken any specific battery tests but the battery seems to drain down gradually, as expected. I often leave it unplugged and come back to it hours or days later. It kept about the percentage from last use.

WOW just wow, I thought I would have to just pay dell the $100 + they wanted for a replacement. Bought this one instead and watched 2 youtube videos - bamn installed and working like a champ! Thank you so much for making these. You guys rock!

Shipped fast and installation was very easy. Works perfectly.

After receiving the battery and installing it, I noticed that it was not fully charging. It would only charge up to 76%. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement battery but it happened again. The battery only charges up to 85%. I don't have time to keep taking out the battery and replacing it. I have to unscrew and open up the whole laptop every time :( I decided to just keep the battery and live with the 85% charge.

Arrived early. Installed without any issue. Been in the computer for 24 hours now and no issues yet, computer charged fully to 100%. Should give my 7 year old laptop a few more years of life. The price was pretty reasonable too.

I ordered this battery after having read multiple reviews from people who's batteries maxed out at 70-85% battery capacity. I decided that 80% would be acceptable, although hopefully I'd get lucky and get a fully-working battery. I was wrong. The first one I received would not charger beyond 43%, even after 6-7 charges (complete discharge in between each charge). My replacement wouldn't exceed 66%. An hour and a half of battery life, while the computer is mostly idle, is not good enough. Supposedly other buyers have gotten a battery that charges correctly, but know you're taking a risk in buying this.Also, my laptop runs about 10 degrees C hotter than when there is no battery at all installed. Just something I noted, although that may be normal.

I installed this on my laptop and it only charged up to 88 percent. This may be a sign of early battery failure..and this is a new product. I am having alot of difficulty reaching out to the company.

Battery was perfect match to put in to one of our exec's personal Dell XPS 14. The end user was very happy we could breathe new life into his laptop. He says it's holding a charge like it did when the laptop was new. I've seen some reviews of similar off brand batteries lasting only 6 months, so time will tell on this one. But for now it's working great. Product and shipping together get 5 stars!
